"Make the best decision you can in each moment. It’s about being mindful; be aware of the moment you’re in and what you need in that moment instead of what you needed 10 minutes ago or an hour from now."
After running a 2:43 marathon on his way to win the 2014 Ironman Couer d’Alene, Ben Hoffman solidified himself as an Ironman wonder kid with a runner-up finish at the Ironman World Championship later that year. After a youth full of sports and the outdoors, Hoffman started training for triathlons in college. The Colorado native now primarily focuses on racing the Ironman 70.3 and Ironman Triathlon distance and splits his time training in Boulder and Tucson.
