A green greenhouse
we have a wallLast week a few of us went back to Double Rock community garden in San Francisco to install a greenhouse we promised Ms. Jackie we'd put together. The thing was like a giant Ikea project. If you've ever put together something from Ikea, you can imagine; the directions appeared clear, the parts all seemed to be there but the shear enormity was just overwhelming.

I can't tell you how many nuts and bolts were strewn around the grass as we struggled to piece together different metal parts. And it was a bit dangerous too—heads proved their strength withstanding the brut force of a wack by a random 2x4 and random tools getting thrown by weary coworkers. We never did find the missing drill bit.

There are still a few finishing touches that need tending too—adding the walls and securing the structure. But in a few weeks, the Double Rock Community Garden should have a brand spankin' new green house to cultivate crops for their beautiful organic plot.
