Jay always cooks up a delightful concoction of interesting flavor combos for our salad-bar lunch. Today, is especially exciting.
With a self-proclaimed theme of "How Green Can You Be," Jay decided to make us green outside and in.
Wonder why? For St. Patty's day, of course!
And so, with that in mind, he snapped his fingers and pulled together a green-themed lunch with the following on the menu:
- Super Green wraps
- Green baked Falafels
- Geen Tea and cilantro rice with your choice of other fillings
And dressings, too...
- Jalapeno/Kiwi/Pistacio/lime dressing
- Supergreen Avocado/garlic/basil dressing
- Green herb yogurt dressing
And Claudia, never a let down when it comes to dressing the part when the holidays roll around, wore some snazzy, leprechaun-ish kicks to the office. Happy St. Patty's Day from your friends at Clif Bar & Company.
Now go find a leprechaun and maybe a four-leaf clover.
