- BMC’s Kohler places 10th in Romandie prologue
Kohler’s ride put him in the company of some of the strongest riders in the world, as he used his power to finish a mere 2 seconds behind the stage winner, Great Britain’s Mark Cavendish. With a well-rounded team of sprinters and overall race contenders present, the Clif Bar and Clif Shot-fueled BMC team plans on bringing its trademark aggressive riding style to the remaining 5 stages of the race.
“This Tour de Romandie will be very exciting because every day something unexpected can happen,” team Directeur Sportif John Lelangue predicted. “We will focus on protecting Jeff (Louder) and Alex (Moos), and the rest of our guys will especially be trying to get into the right breaks.”
As always, the Santa Rosa, California-based team should be fun to watch!
