Follow the Frog with Clif Bar and Rainforest Alliance
Today officially kicks off Follow the Frog week, with our partner Rainforest Alliance, working to conserve biodiversity and ensure sustainable livelihoods by transforming land-use practices, business practices and consumer behavior. Many of you know that we only use chocolate from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms in our CLIF Bars. Sierra Trail Mix was our first CLIF Bar flavor with the Rainforest Alliance seal on the wrapper, and now we're happy to say that you will see the friendly little frog logo on all chocolate-flavored CLIF Bars. To celebrate we are hopping on board with Follow the Frog week.

Frogs

Follow the Frog's purpose is to raise awareness for everything Rainforest Alliance is doing, including public events, online contests, in-store promotions, travel discounts and more. So here at Clif, we're getting on board and doing something fun! And we've got some awesome prizes to give away, along with it.

Follow the CLIF Bar feed on Twitter and Instagram from today through September 22. When you see the Rainforest Alliance frog seal hidden in any CLIF Bar pictures on Twitter and Instagram, post or comment on Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #iFoundtheFrog. We will select 10 random winners from 5 photos on both Twitter and Instagram. (Read the official rules here)

Winners will receive a Rainforest Alliance plush frog and the new Sierra Trail Mix CLIF Bar! Plus, two grand prize winners (one each from Twitter and Instagram) will also receive a year’s supply of CLIF Bars. For more info, see the official rules.

Definitely watch this brand new video to find out more about Rainforest Alliance.
