Live on the airwaves
Last week, our very own Grady O. left the office for a few hours to book some time on the airwaves; but he wasn't belting out tunes.

Grady, along with CLIF GreenNotes artist Martin Sexton, took the early morning to mingle with Eco-Talk radio's Betsy Rosenberg about music, CLIF Bars and biodiesel.

The M-F green-living program covers stories on things like green building, fuel efficiency, and sustainable agriculture. You can catch a podcast of what they had to say on the eco-talk blog.

The best part about the whole thing? Grady got to talk into one of those ginormous microphones and, if you listen really carefully, you can hear the water in his Klean Kanteen go "dunk" against the side of the bottle when he places it on the table.

We like getting our heart rates up, taking a big breath of fresh air, savoring delicious food. But we also love telling stories and here's where we type 'em up. (BTW, it works both ways; leave a comment—please and thank you.)
