- LUNA, LUNA on the wall…
LUNA's gone organic! How cool is that? We're very excited, but all those differing labels, logos and certifications can make it quite challenging to choose the right food for your body. A girl could go bonkers trying to figure out what it all means. That's why I was so happy to stumble across this list from the Organic Consumers Association (OCA).
In light of LUNA going organic, take a moment to educate yourself about the label mayhem that awaits you at the supermarket and be better informed when making your food choices.
P.S. LUNA contains 70% USDA Certified Organic ingredients. USDA Organic is one label you can totally trust.

Friday
Yowza, It’s Friday
Just a pie in the sky day
I find myself whistling tunes
And belting out croons
Yes, it’s my day
I’ve blown all my cares
So you better beware
I could play a lead roll in the Folles Brassiere
My stars, its Friday
Feel like takin’ up Tai Pei
You know it may sound crass
I got my head up my ass
I feel like… Joel Grey
You spy a swing in my stride
My smile’s a mile wide
I’d feel totally irreverent if I had any pride
Hot damn, it’s Friday
Ain’t waistin’ time on croquette
I feel like a child
I hear the call of the wild
As hot as...Kunta Kinte’
So count your toes and
get a groove on this prose
and be glad, its Friday!
Cassie! Hi there. I should probably write, or email, or call, but this seems like the most indirect and anti-social means possible of checking in on my wonderful friends at Clif. And you guys know me: anti-social, awkward and shy to the last. Crap--is this coming across weird? I better wrap it up or I might not get approved as a Blog comment. Bottom line? Just wanted to slip in, say ‘hello!’, and slip quietly out. Please pass along a warm wish from me. Maybe I’ll sit down soon and write up a proper greeting. Love, Michael
Hello,
I am a Canadian living in Australia, and I REALLY miss having Clif bars to eat on the run. Especially as I live out in a rural area where I look insane if I ask for sushi.
Do anyone know of a wholesale importer of Clif bars? I looked on the Clif webpage, but the companies that may export here do not have the flavours I would like.
Any info would be great.
N.B. To the Clif company, Australians would love your bars if you can set up an importer here - the triathletes and surfers would lap them up! In the cities people are slowly also getting more interested in an organic/healthy lifestyle.
Cheers,
April
Hi April,
As of now, we don’t distribute our products outside of the US, Canada or the UK; we aren’t quite ready to fully support an export of our products beyond those three areas.
In the meantime, you can order anything CLIF online at REI and have them shipped right to your door (wherever you may be!). They should have most of our flavors.
Just want to give a shout out to those fabulous dung beatles!
That steamy, succulent, paradoxical sustenance
With depths deep as heaven or perhaps…
A madcap, groovy kind of thing,
on the tip of my mind
Like a crazy fruit, tart and sweet
Of perfect mind, but aimless
Like a dance with no destination
Each step is its own reward
The ripe-dead certainty of truth
Sweet, dark sweetness
Ever divine of divinities…
...with 5 guitars.
Rock on, CLif Bar!!!
