I was just at the Natural Products Expo (a big food tradeshow in Anaheim) last weekend. It's one of Clif Bar Inc.'s favorite tradeshows.
We debuted our new organic fruit and nut bar, Nectar. Each bar has only five or less ingredients. And, guess what! One bar is the equivalent of two servings of fruit!
There are four flavors:
• Dark Chocolate Walnut
• Cranberry, Apricot & Almond
• Lemon, Vanilla & Cashew
• Cinnamon Pecan
The responses that I heard from everyone were fantastic. I have been working very hard to make this product come to life and taste great. So, it was an amazing feeling to hear the great comments from the people tasting it.
I can't wait to get it out into stores so that I can hear the comments from consumers.
