- nectar LIVES!
Nectar -- our newest product -- is an all-organic bar made with fruits and nuts. I am very excited about this product since I have been making similar healthy goodies at my home for nearly 3 years. Now, it's evolved and become a new Clif Bar Inc product!
The first day of production was a success. After a very long 13+ hour day in the bakery, we have all 4 flavors wrapped in the beautiful new package. It is always a great feeling to be the first person to bring a new product to the office, since everyone is always excited to see and taste it.
After working so long in the kitchen trying out new flavor combinations, textures and different ingredients, it's so rewarding to see the finished bars going out to be shown to the world. I hope everyone likes them as much as we do here.
