Fresh from qualifying for the USA Wildwater Kayak team, Jeremy Rodgers, Colorado Clif Bar athlete SMOKED the competition at last weekend’s Salida Pole Pedal Paddle!

He and his teammates (Team Clif Bar/KEEN) not only won the entire event as a CO-ED team but they knocked out the OVERALL course record which, according to Jeremy, should stand for a few years! Their skier was 6 minutes faster than the field, while their awesome mountain bike DIVA placed 4th overall on the course that day; Jeremy brought in the team with a 7 minute lead over the next paddler!

You would think after this awesome win Jeremy would slow down, but he trains on to prepare for his upcoming trip to Europe and representing the USA in the Classic Wildwater Kayak race!
