Thanksgiving's right around the corner and if you're like most people these days, you're more aware of what you put in your body. This means that you probably want to make an educated decision when buying a bird for Thanksgiving this year (if a bird's what's on your menu).
I've been asked before about labels, so here's a handy guide from our good friends over at Healthly Child Healthy World for deciphering turkey labels when you embark on your shopping adventure.
