Would You Rather…
We’ve been keeping a secret in our back pocket for a while now. We’re tired of keeping our lips sealed so we’re spilling the beans.

But before we share our surprise, let’s play a little game of would you rather. Here goes:

If you were stuck in the desert for five days, would you rather have a stash of some delightful vittles, like say a CLIF Bar or some delicious water?

It’s a tough one. So maybe an extra detail would sway you. Instead of just ordinary water, you could have a supply of CLIF Quench™.

Huh? Yup, you heard it right. We just spilled the beans.

CLIF Quench, a ready-to-drink, all-natural and 88% organic sport drink, sustains you active thirsty people so you can keep going as long as you want—surfing, climbing or whatever activity strikes your fancy (even getting stuck in the desert).

Like food, hydration's important to maintaining energy levels and performance. Quench provides just that: Hydration for Sustained Performance™.

It comes in four flavors (Lime-Ade, Fruit Punch, Orange and Strawberry Citrus). Each bottle contains an optimal balance of electrolytes and carbohydrates proven to give the body only what it needs to stay hydrated and sustain performance. And no junk. No high-fructose corn syrup, no artificial flavors, no colors or preservatives (that’s right; no colors—it’s clear!).

Think everything your body needs and nothing it doesn’t for healthy hydration.

An added bonus?

The CLIF Quench bottle and label are made from the most planet-friendly options out there. The bottle's made from 40% post-consumer recycled PET plastic (that’s the highest percentage of any US bottled beverage!) and the bottle and label are fully recyclable. Yup, you can toss the whole thing in that blue bin, no problem.

Keep an eye out for it in your local natural and specialty retail stores. Or, you can pick up a supply from our online store.

This is awesome! Finally, a sports drink without dyes, aspartame, and other stuff that makes me cringe! One question: Any chance of this coming out in a “just add water” powder form? Makes it easier to carry for extra-long bike rides!

Hi Mandy,

Betty, here.

Thanks for your feedback on CLIF Quench!  We’re starting off with a ready-to-drink bottled version that’s more sustainable than other drinks that are currently in stores—sustainble in both the ingredients used and the packaging.

That said, we’re happy to hear your interest in a “just add water” option and are definitely considering formats like that for the future.

Thanks!
Betty

I was at the local supermarket the other day “they carry my favorite clif mojo bars!” and I saw the drink. I passed it by and went for some “other brand” which I have been using for years. Then at the check out I saw the price of it compared to Quench. I promptly went back and grabbed a few bottles of it. Wow this stuff is amazing! Its like liquid shot bloks and doesn’t leave that nasty filmy taste ‘other brand’ does. While all my friends where burning up on our hike in the Cascades and drinking “the other brand” I was doing just fine and had more energy a hour in then I normally do. Thank you for the great product and keep up the amazing work.

Hi Clif,

Love the Quench....I’m with Mandy though.

Powder form please!

As everyone above has already stated, you guys need to make this in powder form!
Filling up a camelback with this product would be AWESOME!

GREAT product!

Hate to sound like a broken record - but this would be perfect if it came in powder form as well! I was on the hunt for a non-high-fructose corn syrup sports drink a few years ago and had to give up because nothing was out there. I was so glad to finally find out about Clif Quench...thanks!
