Much like food and water, sleep is integral to your health. And when you’re working your body, it becomes even more important. For runners, sleep is not only a time to rest the mind but it’s precisely the time when the body rebuilds and repairs itself, to get you ready for your next run.
But how much do you need? Should you sleep and wake at the same time? And what about the night before the race?
