CLIF CRUNCH bars are as flavorful as they are crunchy, with chocolate, white chocolate and peanut butter chips, tender pieces of macadamia nuts, blueberries and naturally sweet honey to add bursts of flavor throughout the bars. CLIF CRUNCH also features a special blend of organic whole grains and rice crisps that helps create a lighter-textured crunch.

What are the nutritional benefits of CLIF Crunch?

Each two-bar package delivers one full serving of organic whole grains made up of oats, barley and rye, which provides a good source of fiber¹. The bars also offer 4-5 grams of protein per serving.

Do CLIF Crunch bars offer a good source of fiber?

CLIF CRUNCH bars provide 12% of the daily recommended value of fiber, which is considered to be a good source of fiber. The fiber comes from our special blend of organic oats, barley and rye.

Does CLIF Crunch contain GMOs or bio-engineered ingredients?

CLIF CRUNCH is free of trans fats, hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, artificial preservatives and ingredients sourced from GMOs.

Is CLIF Crunch kosher?

CLIF CRUNCH is Kosher Dairy. CLIF CRUNCH does not contain any dairy ingredients; however, it is made on the same line as some other products that contain dairy ingredients. Therefore, CLIF CRUNCH must be labeled as Kosher Dairy.

Is CLIF Crunch vegan-friendly?

CLIF CRUNCH White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, Blueberry Crisp and Chocolate Peanut Butter flavors are vegan-friendly. The Chocolate Chip, Honey Oat and Peanut Butter CLIF CRUNCH flavors all contain honey, so they are not considered vegan-friendly. You should note, however, that the non-dairy chips we use are made at our bakery, which processes dairy, so even our vegan-friendly flavors may contain traces of dairy.
