Joining the Clif Bar Pace Team for his fifth season, Michael loves sharing his experience, knowledge and stories with runners and has the strength and personality to get his runners to the finish on time and feeling strong. He has competed in and paced at a variety of races on tough California terrain, including the American River 50, the Cascade Crest 100 and the Vineman Triathlon. Most notably, Michael completed the legendary RAAM (Race Across America) in 2009, cycling from the west coast of California to the east coast of Maryland.

Michael makes his home in Auburn, CA with his wife Nicole and son Dylan.
