Pace Team Leader
Darris has done more than 150 marathons, about half of them as a 10-year member of the Clif Bar Pace Team. Born and raised in Akron, Ohio, he also is the Race Director of the Nationwide Better Health Columbus Marathon & 1/2 Marathon.
When not pacing for Clif Bar, Darris competes in ultramarathons along with his wife and fellow pacer Star. The happy couple share their home with their wonderful three-legged dog Sunday, and cats Courage and Bob.
