- Serow!
-
Team Clif skier Miles Clark recently returned from a trip to Japan and has been sharing all kinds of great videos and images with us. The latest video is our favorite because Miles takes a step back from the epic pow to teach us a bit about the Japanese Serow, a sort of goat sort of antelope native to the mountainous woodlands of Japan's Honshu province. Did you know the Serow is a solitary animal, occasionally gathering in couples? Did you know the Serow marks its territory by secreting a vinegar like substance from glands below its eyes? Did you know that if I was skiing in Japan and came across this thing I would get the heck out of there?

Check out the video to learn more about this intriguing creature. Oh, there is some skiing too. Serow!
