How do I change my next order date?
To change your next order date, please visit the ‘Subscriptions’ section within the My Account section and select one of the following options: ‘Send Shipment ASAP’; ‘Change Shipment Date’; ‘Pause Subscription’ or ‘Skip Shipment’, you will need to confirm your change for each. To change the shipment date or pause a subscription order, a calendar will pop up to select a future shipment date and you’ll need to confirm the change request. To skip your next shipment select ‘Skip Shipment’, the next order will be scheduled according to your subscription frequency. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.
Changes to your next order date must be made at least 3 days prior to your next shipment. If it is less than 3 days to your next shipment, you cannot change that shipment date.
