How would you describe what you do to someone who knows nothing about Clif Bar or your role?
As a member of the maintenance team, we maintain, improve, and correct any faulty issues with our machinery. Every day there is a new issue and a chance to really challenge yourself with troubleshooting. As a team we work well together to train and fix any issues for our customers.
What do you love most about working at Clif Bar?
I love how it is more than a place of work. I have made a lot of friends here and I truly enjoy coming to work.
What are your interests and passions outside of work?
I enjoy playing my guitar and spending time with my kids outdoors.
What is one of your most memorable food experiences?
Most memorable experience would be what brought me to Clif in the first place. While on deployments we would always have Clif Bars while on convoys or traveling location to location.
What has been or will be your greatest adventure?
My greatest adventure has been working with so many different people throughout my military career. The greatest upcoming adventure will be somehow surviving a weeklong road trip with 3 kids in a van.
What is your United States Armed Forces Background?
I have served in the Army and Air Force. I have worked alongside and provided communications as a member with Special Forces, and Special Operations. My deployments have taken me all over the world, and I have even had the privilege of providing communications with a few launches with NASA.
